Shivtirth Best Water Park

Please review these terms before visiting or booking. They help keep every guest safe, informed, and ready for a smooth experience.

1. User Agreement

By accessing and using Shivtirth Water Park services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Age & Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to book tickets.
  • Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years).
  • Infants below 3 years old get free entry with a paying adult.
  • Age verification may be required at entry gates.

3. Online Payment Terms (PhonePe)

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through PhonePe.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments.
  • Payment confirmation is sent via email or SMS.
  • Amount will be debited only once from your account.

Transaction Security

  • All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
  • PhonePe follows applicable RBI and payment security guidelines.
  • We do not store your card details.

4. Ticket & Booking Policy

Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only on the date mentioned on the booking confirmation.

Printed or digital (mobile) tickets are both acceptable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before entry date: 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund.
  • No-show cases are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Modification

Date changes can be made up to 48 hours before visit with same ticket value.

Name changes are not permitted post-booking.

5. Entry & Park Rules

  • Valid ticket and identification proof must be presented at entry.
  • Park hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (seasonal variations apply).
  • No outside food, alcoholic beverages, or glass containers allowed.
  • Professional cameras and video equipment prohibited without permission.
  • Smoking only in designated areas.
  • Drugs, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

6. Safety & Health Disclaimer

  • Visitors participate in activities at their own risk.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for childrens safety.
  • Medical conditions must be disclosed; entry may be denied.
  • Swimming ability is required for certain rides.
  • Life jackets are provided for water activities.
  • Follow instructions given by park staff and ride operators.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

7. Health Requirements

  • Pregnant women and persons with heart conditions should not participate.
  • Not recommended for persons with epilepsy or recent surgeries.
  • Persons with infectious diseases cannot enter the park.
  • Guests with open wounds or cuts must avoid water pools.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, are the exclusive property of Shivtirth Water Park. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Refund & Dispute Resolution

  • Data is not shared with third parties without consent.
  • We comply with applicable privacy laws.

12. Right to Deny Entry

Shivtirth Water Park reserves the right to deny entry or ask visitors to leave for:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Unruly, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • No refund will be provided in such cases.

13. Modification of Terms

No Refund Policy

As per our company policy, once a service is purchased, it is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for these offerings.
